RouteX Docs
The best-price swap and bridge aggregator for Robinhood Chain.
RouteX finds the best execution for any trade on Robinhood Chain (chain id 4663). Every quote checks every Uniswap V2, V3 and V4 pool on the chain plus Portal bonding curves, splits large orders across pools, and compares the result with outside aggregators. Bridging works the same way: every bridge that supports Robinhood Chain is queried and the best route wins.
100% of platform fees are used to buy the RouteX token on the open market. Any fee built into the token itself is used the same way. Nothing is paid out to a team wallet, nothing is sold. See Fees & buybacks.
Fees & buybacks
RouteX has one rule for revenue: all fees are bought back into the chart. There are two possible sources of fees, and both follow the same path.
1. Platform fees
Fees charged by RouteX itself — the fill fee on limit and DCA orders, any swap fee, any bridge referral fee — are collected in a public buyback wallet and used to buy the RouteX token on the open market. The bought tokens are not sold and not distributed to the team.
2. Fees on the coin
If the RouteX token carries a tax on trades (a buy or sell fee written into the token contract), that tax is collected the same way and used to buy the token back on the market. Coin fees never flow to a team wallet either.
How buybacks are executed
- Buybacks are market buys through RouteX's own router, so they hit the token's liquidity pool like any other trade and show up on the chart.
- They run on a schedule (batched, so gas stays negligible) rather than on every single fee event. The schedule and every buyback transaction are published on this page once live.
- The buyback wallet address is public so anyone can verify inflows (fees) and outflows (only token buys).
- Bought-back tokens are held in the buyback wallet. They are not sold, not used to pay anyone, and not added back to circulating supply.
Current fee schedule
| Fee | Amount | Where it goes |
|---|---|---|
| Instant swap | 0% platform fee (only pool fees + gas) | — |
| Limit order / DCA fill | 0.10% of the delivered amount | Buyback wallet → token buyback |
| Bridge | 0% platform fee (only bridge + gas) | — |
| Tax on the RouteX token | set at token launch | Buyback wallet → token buyback |
Pool fees (0.01%–1% depending on the pool) and bridge fees go to liquidity providers and bridge relayers, not to RouteX. Gas is paid to the chain.
The token
The RouteX token is the asset every fee is bought back into. Its contract address, launch pool, any built-in tax, and the buyback wallet address will be listed here at launch. Until they are published on this page, treat any token claiming to be RouteX as fake.

Swap routing
Every quote goes through the same pipeline:
- Pool universe. All Uniswap V2 pairs, V3 pools and V4 pools on Robinhood Chain are indexed live from the factories, plus Portal bonding curves for tokens that have not graduated to a DEX pool yet.
- Candidate paths. Direct pools, two-hop routes through liquid intermediates (ETH, USDG and the deepest tokens) and three-hop routes through ETH/USDG.
- On-chain pricing. The surviving paths are priced with Uniswap's own quoter contracts at a grid of trade sizes, so fees, tick crossings and hooks are exact.
- Split routing. The order is divided into 5% slices, each assigned to the path with the best marginal output, so a large trade might go 80% through one V3 pool, 10% through a V4 pool and 10% through another.
- Verification. The chosen split is re-quoted hop by hop with the exact amounts before it is shown to you.
- Outside comparison. LI.FI's on-chain aggregators (OpenOcean, KyberSwap, Nordstern) are quoted in parallel. If one beats RouteX's own route after gas, it is used instead.
Execution is a single transaction through Uniswap's Universal Router. Your minimum-received amount is enforced on the whole route at the end, so a split can never leave you with less than the number you approved. Native ETH is wrapped and unwrapped inside the same transaction.
Dynamic slippage
With slippage set to Dynamic, the floor depends on the asset class — 0.1% for stables and majors, 0.5% for tokenized stocks, 1% or more for thin memecoins — plus half of the measured price impact. You can override it in Settings.
Bridge aggregator
The Bridge tab queries Relay, LI.FI (which itself covers Across, Stargate, Symbiosis, Glacis and Relay) and Across directly, in parallel. Each route is normalised to: amount received, its USD value, bridge fees, gas on the source chain, and estimated time. Two ranking modes:
- Cheapest — highest value received after gas.
- Fastest — lowest estimated fill time, ties broken by value.
Bridge + swap in one click is supported: pick any Robinhood Chain token as the destination (for example USDC on Base → a tokenized stock on Robinhood Chain) and the intent solvers deliver it directly. Your wallet is switched to the source chain automatically, and the status is tracked until funds arrive.
Limit orders & DCA
Limit and DCA orders are non-custodial. Your input token is escrowed in the HoodOrders contract
together with your own price floor. RouteX's keeper watches the market and fills the order through the router
when your price is met — but the contract only releases funds if the delivered amount clears your floor. A
misbehaving keeper can do nothing worse than not fill.
- Limit: sell X for at least Y. Fills in full when the route delivers Y or more.
- DCA: split X into N equal buys at a fixed interval, with an optional maximum price.
- Cancel any time for a full refund of the unspent amount. Expired orders are refunded automatically.
- Fill fee: 0.10% of the delivered amount, which pays the keeper's gas and is bought back into the chart.
Safety checks
Before every swap RouteX warns about:
- thin liquidity and large price impact,
- tokens with a buy/sell tax (you receive less than quoted),
- tokens still on a Portal bonding curve,
- tokens that cannot be quoted for a sell back — a honeypot signal,
- round trips that return under 50% — hidden tax or one-way liquidity,
- failed simulation of the exact transaction you are about to sign.
Wallets & chain
Robinhood Wallet, MetaMask, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet and any injected or EIP-6963 wallet work. Robinhood Chain is added to the wallet automatically when you connect.

Token approvals for swaps use Permit2: you approve the token to Permit2 once, then allow the router once. Both are standard Uniswap approvals and can be revoked in your wallet at any time.

FAQ
Does RouteX take a fee on swaps?
No platform fee on instant swaps or bridges today. You pay the pool fee and gas. If a platform fee is ever added, it is announced here first and follows the buyback rule like every other fee.
Where do the buyback tokens go?
They stay in the public buyback wallet. They are not sold and not paid to the team.
Can I verify the buybacks?
Yes. The buyback wallet address and every buyback transaction will be listed on this page once the token is live, and the wallet is visible on the explorer.
Why did my quote change?
Quotes refresh every 15 seconds against live pool state. The minimum-received amount in the details is the number the transaction enforces.
Is it safe to paste any token address?
You can trade any token on the chain. Unknown tokens get the safety checks above, but always check the contract yourself before trading something you don't recognise.
